Everybody handles it differently.

Do you panic?

Do you stay the course?

Do you deviate?

Now, every situation is going to be different.

I understand that.

But how does he approach it?

You know, I've seen situations with past coaches where things have gone off the rails and they've been in full scale panic mode, which is not good.

And that's how you kind of tend to lose the locker room and maybe your staff around you.

And I've seen situations where they've kind of been like, OK, you know what?

we had a bad day at the office, so we're going to just kind of focus and stay the course and see what happens.

So how does Harbaugh handle adversity?

There are different types, you know, you can sit here and you can plan for it and it never comes to fruition.

So that's going to be key because if the minute that the locker room smells any kind of panic, that's when things get a little, you know,

shaky, if you will.

So it's important for Harbaugh to stay the course, not show panic when adversity comes up, whatever it might be, whether it's an injury, whether it's a bad loss, whatever the case may be, and just keep that team focused in that locker room together.
