I guess the question for me would be the following. How do you present that argument? Not as in if you're Raytheon or if you're Boeing or any of those guys. How do you sell that as the president, as a person that's in office? Here's why we need to make these investments. How do you sell that? I know how to sell it. I'm just thinking how you would do it.
