My ex-wife and her mother came down and picked me up.

And the conversation was that I was going to get help.

I needed to do something.

But it was on me.

So I got back to Christchurch and I went to the hospital there.

I did the same thing.

I went to the counter and I was like, I don't trust myself at this stage.

I need help.
