There was a doctor inside there and he prescribed something.

I don't know what it was.

They had to.

But it was to just kind of bring down my levels a small bit and what I was on.

To a certain degree, I would have.

But like that, they gave me drips and they were giving me the vitamins every morning to just replenish my system and stuff like that and monitoring me that way.

But it didn't feel like it was kind of a hospital in essence.

But to try and get into a rehab over in New Zealand, it's not a straightforward process.

Because there's a big cry out there, like after the earthquakes and stuff like that, there's a lot of problems in that regard.

So they had said to me then, they'd got me into a Salvation Army rehab.

And so even the day before going down to that Salvation Army, I was given some free time to be able to go up to the mall and come back down and I went up there, bottled wine, signed the toilet, drank it, came back down.

and fell asleep, whatever.

And then brought over to the Salvation Army rehab.

And that was three months inside there and it wasn't a nice house.

It was like half this room with a bed and...

The idea was you get up in the morning, you'd make your bed, make sure your room is tidy, classrooms throughout the day, more or less instilling confidence back in yourself.

Like you'd start with like an affirmation, how you're feeling today.

Salvation Army based meant there was a bit of religion involved as well and you'd be brought to church and that sort of stuff and you'd be saying the serenity prayer and all that kind of crap.

And within that period of time I had my phone and I was of course messaging my ex-wife

And there was family nights and stuff like that.
