Yeah.

It's not, it's, I've tried, I wasn't mentally aware enough to write a good message that would be, because the view of it was that I left, I gave up.

Um, and then there'd be, there would be emails and it'd be arguments and it just went to spirals and it was like, it was just spirals.

And I, I probably said things, I know I've said things that were horrible, but, um, I wouldn't even make an excuse for it.

I just didn't know what I was doing.

And like you said there earlier about the term addiction, the feeling of it.

And I've said it a few times to different people.

Like, if there was a box of Valium there and that was going to stop what I was feeling, I would have taken it.

If there was something there that would have stopped it, I would have taken it.

And that was the mentality.

It wasn't just the drink per se.

feel normal, to feel like how everyone else functions.

How does everyone go to work normally and come home and sit in the coach and just be normal?

That's what it felt like.

I couldn't do that.

And that's what I wanted in ways, but I just didn't know that.
