And I booked in there that night and I walked over to Super Value and I bought a load of drink, brought it back to the room.

The room again was this half size TV and the thing.

I found it harder to go over to the shop.

That's how I was deteriorating so much that week.

And this is, I'm going to be medicated again and all that.

And she said to come to her.

And that was like, I was saying to myself, I think I feel like I'm going to die here.

The feeling that was coming out of me after drinking for the week and everything like that.

And she was like, it's a panic attack, anxiety, what you're having at the moment.

Just relax, calm down.

So that happened anyway.

A few days in, she was only living around the corner from where I was living and I came out.

And my brother was outside there, driving around, looking for me.

And it was at the stage where I told my parents I was away, but they didn't believe me because I was still in that mix of whatever.
