And I explained my situation.

I spoke to him and he was like, you seem absolutely fine to me.

And I was like, it's kind of what I've been saying.

I wasn't very good at the time because of alcohol and all that sort of stuff.

And then I got my letter that they'd made a mistake, that it was a misdiagnosis.

I look back at the time where he was like, he's a big man, you can take it.

And he wouldn't see me before the medication.

I could have loads of anger around that.

Like I could have loads of anger around all those things.

But it doesn't justify me or doesn't bring me any strength going forward.

It is.

It is, yeah.

Like it could have only been a couple of steps in the wrong direction.

And I wouldn't have been.

No.

People get angry with the closest person to them that's hurting them.

And that's always going to be there because you're trying to rationalize in your head and you're basically trying to understand it.

And of course, you're going to be angry, but you pull yourself together.

And then when you're in the other side of that, you're just be like, oh God, I have to mitigate myself here in some way to alleviate the fact that they're angry at me.

Yeah.
