There's an initial frame, like, you've been doing this, you've been doing this, given that.

And that's, I think, a lot of the problem.

The discussion of it, like when my therapist saw me that time, even when I was trying to vocalize it, I was like, there's no helping this.

I don't even know why I'm here and all that.

And I made that video saying that she saw me, but she genuinely taught me like a human being.

And I didn't feel that any time before that.

you're a number and the people, you end up inside there and you're being treated like a number.

You're not being like, are you okay?

I'll tell you a perfect example of it is inside in that hospital and over in the main psych ward and sitting in there and there's a big TV, big TV and people are like watching TV.

It's like, it's just drawn out like, and you might hear screaming somewhere else and it's like, but you're going about your day, whatever.

I remember sitting there after eating and there was a cleaner there and I, he wasn't from Ireland and he sat down and he started talking to me.

He was like, oh, how are you?

And I was like, oh, not good.

It's hard.

And he was like, you'll be in a better place.
