And a third are like, okay, I kind of get it.

That made sense.

And a third of them are unbelievable.

You take 70 people times four, 280, 280 rocks, and you take a third of those.

And the other thing it did is it told you, it tells us who the superstars are.

And I have to remind the executive team all the time, like don't get fixated on being control freaks over their rock.

Part of it is you're figuring out who the superstars are on the team.

You're figuring who rises up and takes some ownership and executed on the thing that they committed to.

Does that make sense?

Again, like generally 10% of people's time, every once in a while somebody comes up with a rock and it's going to take like half of all their time, right?

And that's okay.

There's a lot of flexibility in it, but there's structure too.
