It's just like a basic human decency also from the other side to give you this feedback information.
So asking for that, that you just would love to have this information regardless of the answer would be great.
And you are still staying in touch with the person somewhere down the line.

Like, honestly, and you can do it.
You can do it like a couple of hours after the interview, once you get back home after work, like basically there is no like a,
strict rule when you can do it just don't do it like weeks after obviously but if you do it like in the same day but couple of hours later next day or day after day after tomorrow also okay just the longer it is the more weird it becomes you know what i mean like because if you stand like after after the weekend like three days after and it's like okay so like let's say two day after or two days would be would be a good rule but there is no nothing like strict in the strict in place here
Okay, so I don't want to go down into this rabbit hole, so I will just summarize this in a couple of things.
First of all, know your North Star and where you are aiming to go, because this makes everything easier when you are choosing the next gig or what kind of skills and tasks you also want to take, because that's important.
When somebody throws at you things in the company, if they actually are in line with where you are trying to develop yourself.
So know your direction.
Most of the time you are spending in the job search process should be in conversations with people and building relationships instead of just applying because this is something that actually bear fruit somewhere down the line.
But you have to also understand that this is the stuff that can bring you something even years from when you kickstart that.
Which brings us to point number three.
You build the system for this now, not when you need a job.
When you need a job is too late to that because then you will come across, there is a very good chance then you will come across needy in a sense that if you will write to someone that you did not know previously, you don't have a relationship with them.
It is kind of weird to reach out to this person and ask them for a specific recommendation if you've never spoken to them.
You still can create a relationship because you still can do that, but it's different when you create those relationships when you actually can just have relationships and that's it.
So yeah, build the system ahead of time because it will work for you for the rest of your career, like honestly, if you build it properly.
