Yeah, thanks for having me on.
I do want to give a big shout out to a couple election integrity activists up in Muskegon.
One of them, Chris Kajoya, who actually he actually sat down with Lieutenant Anderson and.
You know, I don't have the exact details, but it's my belief that Lieutenant Anderson, who was the primary lieutenant or detective in this case, in the GBI Strategies case, working for the Michigan State Police, wanted this story to get out because he spoke with him at length about this case, and he actually gave him the case number and suggested he FOIA it.
So a friend of his, Keith Hinkle, FOIAed the report, and that's how I got the report.
It was FOIAed in February of 2023.
So I can't speak to the motive of Lieutenant Anderson, but I can say that he encouraged them to review the documents and to look at the state police report.
I think probably a lot of the frustration comes from the fact that they had done all this work.
And as Jim mentioned, this was not, as people keep calling it, a Muskegon case.
This was a statewide case.
voter registration fraud scheme that was taking place.
And GBI Strategies who called themselves Empower Michigan and the State of Michigan was sending boxes of voter registrations, fraudulent voter registrations to clerks across the State of Michigan.
We wouldn't have known that because that was not in the Michigan State Police report, except after the first report that I released, we got a call from a whistleblower who wanted to allow me to look at the clerk's Facebook page in Michigan, which I did.
And I was able to see just all kinds of conversations from these clerks.
that were sharing photos and discussions about these boxes that they were getting from a hotel in Auburn Hills, Michigan, a Staybridge Hotel, and with the initials EM at the top of the return address, which stood for Empower Michigan.
And they were sending these boxes of fraudulent registrations to clerks across the state of Michigan.
So this was not localized to Muskegon like many people think it was.
The headquarters for GBI Strategies was in Southfield, Michigan, and that's actually the place that the Michigan State Police raided
And then I think for people that don't know the full story, when the state police raided the headquarters, they found the prepaid voter registration or voter, excuse me, prepaid cards that they paid the canvassers who were getting these fraudulent voter registrations for them.
And it's also worth noting that anybody that worked for GBI Strategy slash Empower Michigan had to provide their social security number and a license.
