Stop opening packages, 80% fruits and vegetables, not organic, just 80% fruits and vegetables, 20% protein.
That's it.
If you start doing that, your health is gonna, you're gonna go like me, from 237 to 175 in two Ironman.

and not skinny weak but like muscular and strong so so 80 fruits and vegetables 20% protein that's it you can choose fish chicken steak i don't care what you eat cheese whatever you want but just get rid of all the all the garbage food you know every time you open a package there's sugar in it there's all kinds of crap in it it's just the sugar kills you all the drinks kill you all those energy drinks all that nonsense i drink water and tea
