Pump out the 47 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 47 leg extensions, a couple scissors, 10 scissors like this to keep my ab all tight.

That's five minutes.
The essence of lean life is you need to take a piece of paper, an eight and a half by 11 piece of paper or your phone, whatever you want, and write down what makes you happy and what makes you mad.
And you have these two opposing things.
And I just said, if I was happy, I would be a very accomplished musician.
I would be a very accomplished author.
I would be in excellent health.
I would be able to participate in some extreme sports, kite surfing, foiling, Ironman, things like that.
That's what would make me happy.
If I could define myself as that, and I could also, one of the things that I wrote down in my, and I talk about this in the book, is that people would look at me and say,
This dude is freaking smart.
He knows history.
He knows science.
He can talk about a diverse subject matter with intelligence and great acumen.
10 years ago, I couldn't do those things.
So then I said, what do I have to do to get to that level?
What are the habits?
What are the things I need to do?
to accomplish those goals.
