I was up late.

I was fighting a little bit, but I stayed up.

Brett Howard and Shorty wins it.

The second player to win a multiple overtime game with the Shorty since his teammate Thomas Hurdle back in 2019 versus, ironically, Vegas.

Pavel Dorofeev became the fourth player in NHL history with three tying goals in a playoff game.

And so far in NHL history, there have been 29 instances of a team trailing in the third period in each of the first five games of a playoff series.

Of those 29 teams...

28 were behind in the series that had already lost the series after five games, the lone exception.

That series, people are sleeping on it.

It's been great.

The goaltenders numbers aren't particularly pretty, but I think it's just been terrific shooting by each team.

So I've been enjoying the hell out of that one.
