Well, the crazy thing is I sold out of books and I didn't come for books.
I mean, I brought I only brought, you know, maybe 20 books and I sold them.
I sold them all.
And I was there for my dollar, you know, so that was fantastic for me.
I was welcome.
Well, my main involvement is all things Dollar Babies.
So we screen, you know, basically we're running a film showcase the whole time that the convention is going on.
Dollar Babies, for anyone who doesn't know, King had this program that he started in the late 70s and it ran all the way up until 2023, actually.
Where if you were a student filmmaker or an amateur filmmaker, you could purchase the rights to one of his short stories from a list of short stories to adapt into a film.
Or some people did other types of adaptations, but mostly films.
And.
At King Kong, this is kind of how I got involved, actually, before the King Kong 2024.
I guess it must have been right around the time that you guys announced ticket sales, because that's probably when I first heard about it.
I reached out actually to Jackie and I was like, hey, I'm a guy who made a Stephen King dollar baby.
Are you guys considering doing anything for the dollar babies?
