whatever you're doing for marketing, your door hangers, all your print marketing, that costs money.
And then you, the owner of the company, you got to pay yourself.
So all of that.

So I mentioned all of that before I mentioned what to price, what to charge your customers, because you have to understand, running a business, there's so many expenses.
A lot of them are ankle biters, and so many of them are necessary to run a professional business.
So we ain't in the business of breaking even.
Want to charge a profit.
So all of those expenditures I just named, okay?
Depending on how many man hours in a year you work, it might break down to like $55 a man hour just to break even, just to cover your cost, $60 in some cases, a man hour, just to break even.
So if a yard to mow, edge, trim, and blow takes you one man hour, it takes you one hour.
Let's say you got two guys and it takes them a half an hour.
That would be one man hour.
Does that make sense?
30 minutes.
to take care of Mrs. Smith's yard, but you got two people working on it, right?
