So these are the customers I'm getting because I'm saying yes to everything.

She is like, hey, we have another property out in Winder that needs done.

And if you know anything about real estate agents, they have what's called listings.

So they're trying to sell a house here.

They're trying to sell a house there.

And they don't necessarily have route density.

Right.

You know, they might have a house in this neighborhood in Lawrenceville and then another house over here in Winder.

And then they got houses all over Atlanta.

This lady was number two real estate agent in Atlanta at the time.

So she had them all all around town.

So she's like, why don't you take over our listings?

Because the guy who was doing all of our listings is in the hospital and we don't know when he's going to be cleared to.

get back to work.

And we basically made an agreement.

She's like, when he comes back, you know, he's been working for us for 20 years, you know, we're going to give him the work, but we, you know, in the meantime, we need, you know, the listings, you know, the houses that are, you know, on the market for sale, we need you to take care of them until they sell.
