and he had been at the time he had been in the industry for 18 years and i was in you know rookie making all these mistakes and um he had helped me um he actually was the teacher of financial peace university which is dave ramsey's class so kenny and i already had a you know i would say a good relationship before i ever even started my lawn care business he actually was um

he was passionate about helping people get out of debt and, you know, follow Dave Ramsey's principles of living debt-free and building wealth and investing money and all that stuff.

So anyway, we had already kind of had a friendship with the core of it being, you know, get out of debt and build wealth.

And not, I mean, I was, my butt was buried in debt and I, you know, wealth, I didn't even know how to spell wealth, but anyway,

Kenny knew who I was.

So I reached out to him and he's like, hey, I'll be in the area.

It was actually really short notice, but he's like, hey, I'm in the area.

If you want to swing by Panera, I got, you know, I got a few minutes, whatever.

So we go over there and I got a tea.

I didn't start drinking coffee until years later.

So I actually have a cup of coffee right here, Mr. Producer.

Anyway, I don't want to get on a side tangent about coffee consumption and caffeine, but I got tea.
