Anyways, I'm back.

Have a little bit more uh pep in my step for now, a little bit more wind of my sails, just uh coming back looking at things from with a clear head.

All right, so the other day I was like, I heard something really interesting where LeBron James apparently spends about a million to a million and a half a year on his health and fitness, right?

That's directly related to his quote unquote job, right?

He is a professional athlete and he made, I think last year, I don't know, something like fifty two and a half million, something like that.

And if you look at the amount of money he's putting in, that's a five X return on

what how he's investing in himself.

And I think it's important for all of us to look at it and say, hey, what are the things we could be doing?

What's my version of LeBron's one point five million to have a return on investment?

And I'm also talking about, you know, obviously there's business investments, things like buying machines and all that stuff.

But I'm talking about personal investments.

What are the things you're doing personally?

So there have been times where and I

whatever this happens all the time is I I'm working with coaches, employing coaches, uh employing uh kind of like part of group mastermind groups.

I have my own mastermind group as well.

I have, you know, uh uh online personal trainer therapy, all of these different things that I do that help sort of get my head straight as well as get

me prepared to run the best business I possibly can.

How to, you know, helps me do a better job of managing the team.

It helps me do a better job of doing sales and just growing the business as a whole, right?
