So it's like, hey, we're doing this design because we've thought about the ergonomics of your chair and your banquette layout and making sure that it fits perfectly in this particular space.
What happens is as you're building the story and become a better storyteller, they start to trust you more.
They start to trust your vision.

We call Frankenstein tables, which are tables that are just like pieces mashed together.
It allows us to put our sort of creative vision out there, which creates better products, which allows us to
create and sell better products to share.
And it also allows us to
have the trust of the client so there's not tons and tons of questions.
Another great way to another great place to do this is what we do with our finished samples.
So what we've had to do was when we first started the business, we offered a whole bunch of different finish samples.
And I was talking to somebody else, uh a private client actually about this.
So we used to offer, you know, any any finish you want.
We're a custom, you can do whatever you want.
What ended up happening was it just became like a logistical nightmare.
So what we did was we're like, hey, we have to narrow this down.
But to narrow it down, I can't just be like, hey, we're narrowing it down because it's a pain in the ass to have all of these finished samples.
What we did was we narrowed it down and told a story around it.
Hey, these are the signature finishes.
These are the tried and true finishes that we have used over and over again that look fantastic in homes and have incredible durability.
