I suppose the more you progress in your career,
and you start checking on a few years, that's when that comes into your head and probably gathers at times a more prominent position in your head during the week, whereas I can't imagine those guys give a hoot about, you know, suits or tickets or whatever.
Plenty of people around them.
And I like the fact that the management team have been in finals before, won a final.
Part of the management team have also played in finals.

So if you're looking for an area to cover or a box to take, I feel like there's confidence in the fact that there's plenty of people around that circle to take care of the players as well as the players themselves, as we know some of which have won a title as well.
So that kind of wouldn't bother me too much as...
as much as it potentially could if the team was completely novice, you know, if there was nobody ever part of an Ireland victorious team or even part of a final.
But in the same breath, I look at Limerick in 18 and say none of those guys were part of a final of any shape or form either from a management perspective or
uh you know in plain perspective and they start what what we see now is the beginning of a beautiful run um so like that that kind of stuff doesn't worry me i think the focus of this week and last week is is centered on the games like the semi-final the final from a tactical perspective preparation perspective that's where 99.99 percent of focus is guaranteed now they'll address it i said last week will that the likes of me i would have all the uh you know the admin

other stuff that's not important, that's needless in terms of your preparation, get it out of the way early and focus on the opposition because they need a lot of focusing.
