It's a straighter line to integrate players into a very successful team than it is to a team that's struggling, I think.

I think players have nearly the allowance to have their own little blips when they're trying to come into a team at 19, 20 years of age, that they don't need to be the top performers right out the gate because they're surrounded by such good players.

I think if they come into a team that's semi-struggling or struggling,

there's force pressure on them to carry the whole fight for their team.

So when you see like O'Neill got opportunities, and I know he was fantastic, again, straight out the gate, but you didn't see him every day of the week now.

You didn't see him every match.

Like you saw him at some points, there'll be cameos where he'd come on for 60 minutes.

We remember back in 22, 23, he could shoot two or three points.

And the question is, how is he not starting?

Well, we know why he wasn't starting the whole time because he was being kept out by generation of players, as we say.
