Where I was back in the day and the amount of money that you were able to earn, YouTube have definitely hit speed bumps and hurdles themselves with companies advertising on videos that they didn't want their adverts anywhere near.
And that has definitely, it was called adpocalypse, where basically your ad revenue went from 100% of what you're earning and consistently earning to literally 30% of that in a month.
Yeah, so that was one of the reasons why I went, I cannot rely on this as my business model because YouTube control the goalposts and they will continue to move them and I'm just playing catch up every single time.
So that was one of the reasons why I shifted to the brand partnerships.
But I think if I was to go back to the beginning at the age and with the experience that I've got now, I would definitely have looked for...
opportunities to build and launch a business that could either have been selling exhaust system I could have created my own brand I started creating a clothing brand which was successful for a few years and then brexit started to screw all of the ways that we were bringing the clothing in and the after sales was a mess but um
I've also got to a point now in my age where I've seen everything that I've created and want to try and create experience-led opportunities for people that have followed me.
So one of the things that I really want to do
is create a blend of my two passions of automotive and safari and somehow launch driving tours, driving through Botswana.

One of the things that I realised, again, maybe I wouldn't necessarily say too late, but obviously what I was documenting within my lifestyle was travelling to amazing parts of the world, documenting the hotels I was staying with and then driving cars.
So...
surely I can recreate that for my audience to experience.
