Uh I'm going to do a pasta dish.
So I've got um some lovely beans, look t um tomatoes, bit of parma ham, some stock, some pasta, and in here I've got my sofrito, which is uh celery, onion, garlic and a bay leaf, and that I just cooked very gently in some butter until it's nice and soft.
So it takes about 15 minutes, certainly have a low heat.
And then I'll crank up the heat a little bit and I'm gonna add the Parmaham or you could add bacon but I just quite like
Well, I'll be honest with you, I had a wee bit of Parma ham in the fridge.
Just I like it, it goes nice and crispy.
You can do it.

Does I suppose that's what it is, isn't it?
Just for flavour.
I can never I never I just think they're honest though, I love them.
Must be just my palate.
I mean you just stick them in and leave them.
You don't have to you don't have to give them any attention.
Just you know, yeah, they're they're quite low maintenance, don't need any attention.
You know, right?

Just let that I'll just let that crisp up a wee bit.
Um the beans, I've got two want two the green beans, these are green beans but they're a violette green.
Very fancy looking.
