So what have we got?
Uh I'm going to do a pasta dish. So I've got um some lovely beans, look t um tomatoes, bit of parma ham, some stock, some pasta, and in here I've got my sofrito, which is uh celery, onion, garlic and a bay leaf, and that I just cooked very gently in some butter until it's nice and soft. So it takes about 15 minutes, certainly have a low heat. And then I'll crank up the heat a little bit and I'm gonna add the Parmaham or you could add bacon but I just quite like Well, I'll be honest with you, I had a wee bit of Parma ham in the fridge.
So you can cook Parmaham?
Just I like it, it goes nice and crispy. You can do it.

So the beans you haven't blanched them or any of that kind of stuff, just straight into the pan.
