I feel like you and I have had this parallel journey and timing in some ways that early on when our kids were diagnosed, there wasn't help.

There wasn't much help for us.

And we both dug in so that we could try to figure it out.

And it led to us doing this work and doing similar work.

And so

I have followed you and your work for a long time.

We've chatted many times and been on podcasts and stuff, and now we're

raising neurodivergent young adults.

And it's

Hard.

I was gonna say brutal.

And

traumatic at times, honestly, right?

I think you would agree.

Like we have to validate the amount of trauma that a parent goes through in raising a complex kid.

There is some trauma.

And we're not saying it's trauma like when someone is physically violated.
