We didn't know what it was about.

I think it's like she's going through all of these uh developmental phases and they sleep less and she just was not sleeping well.

And my wife was like, I'll help you get more sleep, I'll take care of the baby, um, like after that week.

It was a terrible like we do five week blocks.

Yeah.

So week four was like not good.

And I was like stressing, dude.

Like I told her, I was like, I don't think I'm gonna be able to like hit anything because I haven't slept in the past three weeks.

I haven't slept.

Like I hadn't slept the past three weeks.

So I was going into the days and I was just like

I mean we'll see what's there on the day.

Um also

we had been pulling beltless the whole block because the prep before I had failed three twenty three thirty five for a triple on deadlift.

And I didn't put a belt on until my until the set.

And then it just felt bro, I it felt terrible.

Yeah, through positioning off, I I swing a little bit whenever I have the belt on.

So we decided this whole block to just scratch the belt.
