Um so I I mean I wouldn't call it an injury.

I would call it like a scare.

Yeah, like a scare a tweak.

But like on my second to last secondary deadlift day, um I pull I do 270 for like three singles.

Oh three yeah, three singles.

And after I got done with the third one, I kinda like tweaked my like lower backs.

slash tailbone and I kinda like had pain doing anything like and it went around my glutes, like outside of my glutes.

Um and when that happened I was like

That's not good.

Um, but I mean I will say on the day I do think it felt a lot better than it did in the moment when it happened.

Um and like I said, it was like this is like a week and a half ago, right?

And I was like, ooh, what do we think is gonna happen?

Like Joe was actually there for the session as well because he was in Austin.

But um yeah, that that was the only thing going into it.
