I think a lot of it came from them, but I also did feel- What were they like?

My dad always said to me, son, it's not what you know, it's who you know.

And now I realize it's actually who knows you.

And my mum always said, there's an answer to everything.

And I know that's why Hannah, I've always been looking for answers and solutions.

And it's funny you say this because when I grew up, I remember my mum trying to lose weight.

My mum was a cereal dieter.

She was a hoarder.

She used to collect everything, all the gizmos and the gadgets from Weight Watchers, Slimming World.

And I used to watch all this.

I used to watch her stand on the scales

And I remember her watching us, and I didn't know what was going on, because sometimes she'd get off these things and be smiling, and other times she would be annoyed.

And I think that set something in me, like I want to solve this issue for my mum, because honestly, when you work in a gym back in the late 80s and 90s, most people want to lose weight.

So I became very interested in that.
