The older crowd is cool, but
The younger crowd is going to push baseball forward as I continue to play.
Yeah, I want to keep a well-respected organization well-respected.
I think the national representation is important.
And then I think you saw a little bit of it in Tokyo when we went last year, how many people supported us.
So, yeah, it's something I'm going to take a lot of pride in being responsible for upholding the good name of the organization.
And, you know, I got good people to learn from, so.
I'm set up to succeed here and yeah, it's something I'm going to take a lot of pride in and I hope I can look back six years from now and be very proud of that.
My hands are a little sweaty, so...
This is more nerve-wracking than going out and standing in the center field for sure.
But the front rows, for the most part, have been with me for the last 10 years almost.
It's a huge chunk of my life at this point.
And then, like, new faces that I've been able to share a lot of cool stuff with over the last three, four years.
Like I said, DK was here when I first got here.
JB and I were together in 2020.
That's a hard question.
It's a hard question, but yeah, it's a good question because I don't quite know how to thank everybody yet, but that is what I will be figuring out as we go here.
