These days, people change jobs and careers more frequently.
So it doesn't necessarily mean it's a set and forget plan, but at least...
Try and think strategically.
I think these days, even first-time buyers need to think with an investor mindset because if you get that first purchase right, then it can really set you up financially for life.
If you make a mistake, you don't do your due diligence, or if you overpay, we've often seen people get into trouble buying off-the-plan units, which don't prove to be worth anything.

If you get the first decision wrong, it can really set you back over time and partly because of the power of compounding and leveraging on good decisions, as you know.
