But uh there's a lot more questions as will these jobs be around in ten years' time than we would have ever got ten years ago.
Yeah.
And there's also a real gap between the parents and the kids.
Parents probably don't understand it almost as well as the kids do now.
So parents are going, Oh, don't be fine, there'll always be jobs in this and actually there may be some jobs, but they may change quite dramatically.
Jobs market is still very strong.
As you said, we're almost at full employment.
But the problem is this redeployment of jobs is a real challenge for people a lot of the time who've worked in the same job or company for a long time because they haven't actually built any new skills.
So they're very good at doing a job.
But if that job starts to be, you know, eroded by AI, they don't immediately have another job to go to.
And that's where the kind of TikTok role came over.
We're deploying.
But actually what happened was, you know, AI had kind of was learning from
from the people about how to do the job and then they said, Right, we don't need the people anymore.
AI can do the job.
Mm-hmm.
They call it redeployment, but we're not always clear are the all the employees being redeployed or are they bringing in other employees instead of those employees?
And that's the challenge for everybody and that's the worry.
