And I think what we firstly have to realize is efficiency is no longer exciting as an employee.
AI can do efficiency about a million times better than us.
You need to be saying efficiency will probably be done in a lot of time by AI.
I need to be working out what are the skills I can do better better than anyone else.
We all know we can have chatbots instead of a human, but we also know a human gives a much better experience.
But you better be giving a great experience, you better have enthusiasm, motivation, great customer service, and then you won't be growing
placed.
If you're pretty poor at the job, they'll probably get an average chatbot to do that for you.
So you have to start looking up about your job.
And I'm not sure the employer is always going to be the one helping you.
Like online, there's a million kind of training sessions you can be doing yourself.
And I think the key th thing for anyone out there is you have to always be upskilling now because we don't know where we're going to be in five years' time.
But you can have the comfort that, oh you know, I'll just sit this out for the next 15 years.
I'm not sure that's possible.

Two things.
One, um, don't always be thinking about moving up in a job, move across.
You might you mightn't always just be going up and up and up, but going across is just as good.
Be by going across, let's say, from a sales role to a marketing role, you're having to learn a new skill set.
