The driverless cars will just drive around.
So you have to start thinking of the kind of and not just what the job's gonna go, what are all the other jobs that might be created.
Or not created because of that.
I mean, there'll be huge amount of jobs for AI ethics and AI governance.
That's what I tell the kids now.
We haven't a clue.
There's going to be a huge amount of jobs in sustainability and climate change.
Our generation really messed this up.
We hope their generation can help us with it.
So there's lots of areas of growth.
That whole role of everybody working together, collaboration is one of the hardest things globally.
They're going to have to work out that a lot better than we did.
We get.
So there is lots of jobs there.
They are definitely harder.
And I think employers need to be careful about this.
Where are your next employees going to come if you don't have the entry levels?
And more important, the people who know AI better than anyone else are the youngest people in your organizations.
If you're not employing them, you'll never actually get ahead of this and get to grips for how this is going to help us grow and hire more people.
If you're a senior employer and you're thinking of doing AI, think about the first five years of your job and how much you learn from other people.
