If you didn't have those first five years of all that training, how did you get to the position you are?
You wouldn't.
So you need people to have time to learn and realize doing the hard work, even if it isn't is something AI can do, we need people to do the hard work and resilience and build through that to get to the next level.
And if we don't get that, they won't do it.
higher options is a huge amount of work, electricians, plumbers and a huge a l amount of apprenticeships in law and where people are saying, Don't just study, work and study at the same time.
So there's many options and we'll go back to higher options today.
I'll tell them there's loads of opportunities out there for them as well, but they do need to look up and think about them.
Well, yeah, firstly, look um thanks for having me on.
I'm conscious I'm a man talking about an intensity personal issue for women.
So I'm not gonna tell women what choice they should make.
But what does interest me is is it does give us some signs about the workplace.
So this has happened in companies like Apple and Netflix and many others.
So it's not just the Spanish Football Federation.
And I think there's a difference here.
If you look at sport, there is a very short career.
And this is actually something the footballers have asked for.
And you can actually see why they can see this be a benefit.
But if you think about this more generally, the average working career is to sixty-five.
And you can ask the question, are we changing the workplace to accommodate women's lives?
Or probably what we're doing is we're asking women to change their lives to accommodate the workplace.
