So the irony is that it's not the absence of potential people out there, it's the proclivity you have, the tendency, the cognitive bias, for you to skew your view, right?

So it's it's your view of you, which is ironically your relationship of you.

So, you know, I'm just gonna cut to the chase.

So you said right at the beginning, one of the things you do, and I listen, I have all the sympathy, compassion in the world.

I get it.

You know, only child, my parents died.

I could definitely lean into feeling completely isolated, alone, no one's picking me.

It wasn't so much in that vein, but it's definitely a feeling of complete separation, which is horrible, right?

So I get it.

Now, when you feel that and it's the stomach and it's

the weight across your neck and your shoulders and it feels hopeless and you don't want to listen to that part of you.

You said you maybe go for a drive and you'll listen to a podcast or you want something loud to kind of drown that out, right?

So now look at that behaviour.

And I'm just gonna be straight with you.

What are you doing to that part of you with that choice of action?
