Everything that confines a human being, the limits, the constraints, these are conversations.

It's not the essence of who you are.

Like in in this case, your perceiving self definitely is I'm not wanted, I'm not picked, I'm not even considered, I'm less than, you know, it's all in that realm, right?

That's a story.

But is that are those conversations who you are?

But again, just to reiterate to strengthen it, what are you, what is your approach to those conversations?

Bearing in mind what you said about driving and listening to a loud podcast.

There's a part of you that feels not wanted and your approach to it is to reinforce that you don't want it by trying to drown it out, not listen to it, make it wrong.
