So in other words, we've reached the point in voice recognition where you can have an entire dialogue.
And this kind of dialogue can really help somebody stay home.
That's the ultimate goal of a lot of the new thinking that's taking place in Aging in Place because it's not about technology that you add to the home
when somebody's 75 or 80.
It's technology that you actually build into the home.
So think of a flexible sink.
You might move into the house when you're 50 years old, and it's going to work fine for you for 20 years.
But then you develop back problems, and you can't bend down as much.
You don't have to build a new sink.
This sink raises by itself to the height that is a good level for you.
Senior housing has looked like a sure thing to investors and developers for a number of years.
Why?
Because you have the aging of the baby boomers.
It's a huge group in the population.
It's one in out of every five people.
And when they age...
People assume there's going to be an increasing demand for senior housing.
