So historically, chiropractic has been kind of in medical buildings, office buildings, kinda hard to get to access.

Insurance base, not clear how to get to it.

And his view, his vision was, you know what, I want this to be available to everyone.

I was actually we're celebrating our 500th clinic a couple years ago.

And she was telling me the story is when she and her husband were literally sitting in a Starbucks, and he's looking around and saying, Oh my gosh, this is what I want to do for chiropractic.

She was scared spitless because to pay those high retail rates and to make this work at a low cost.

And so that's exactly what he did.

There were no appointments.

It almost looked like an art gallery or they'd have music and it was very inexpensive.

And it was unbelievably successful.
