And that's not a bad thing.

Kevin McCarthy stayed with me for 20 years, like 20 years as an assistant coach and just an amazing human being and an amazing coach.

And then Jeff Daniels turns out to be a pretty –

pretty damn good coach like he you know he's he's now he's not that guy that hadn't coached he's actually somebody who's been to the playoffs multiple times has been to the championship level multiple times and has proven to be a really good coach and so i don't think that that really matters but you know for me this time around when i was talking to ken he said you know you it's it's your staff and and you can i've been talking to the coaches that were in place or that were there and uh

you know, moving forward at that point.

But I've talked to other people as well.

I'm just kind of going through a process.

And like I said, it's really just started.

I've talked to some coaches prior, but, you know, starting to talk to some coaches this week as well.

And I've got to circle back with everybody at some point.

Yeah, I think for the most part, Jeff, the coach has a heavy... When it comes to those things, like who's going to be the number one center, those decisions, I think, are the coaches.

But just like a general manager, when he goes to sign a free agent or he goes to make a trade...

My dealings have always there's always been some sort of communication, some more than others.

And that depends on the general manager.

I always feel like it works best when you're just communicating and going back the other way with that as well.

You know that you're.

that you're communicating with the general manager or the assistant general manager or the other coaches, whatever it might be.

I feel like that's really important, and that's the best way to establish a good working relationship inside of an organization.

So there's some things that I would want to do.

But, you know, in talking with Ken in the conversations, he's like, you know, this is your system, this is your staff, you put it together.
