That the repetitive, you know, jobs, I mean, who the hell wants those jobs, right?
And if we don't need those jobs, people forget as, hey, you know, some people that, you know, we're working in factories won't be employed, right?
But they won't need to be employed because all the things that those factories produce will be so much cheaper that people won't need as much money to afford them.
They won't have to work as hard.
And, you know, the money that you earn is really a function of your contribution to economic output other than what government gives you.
the people who are working in the factories have purchasing power because they worked in factories and they helped produce things.
But if we can produce those things in factories without humans involved, and there's so much more production, then the prices will be a lot lower.
And then the people won't have to work as hard at some other job to afford to buy what these factories have produced.
But I do think that, you know, you have like two things that are happening at the same time.
You have...
the positive developments from capitalism.
And, you know, AI is part of capitalism and capitalism's, you know, creating abundance and increasing the quality and lowering the cost of things.
And then you have the government that does the opposite, right?
The government creates scarcity, redistributes wealth, destroys wealth, reduces quality and increases price.
So you have these counter
balancing forces.
The secret to real economic success is the degree to which you can keep government out, limit government's involvement and power to screw things up and to maximize the freedom of the people that operate in the market.
But we also have this looming debt crisis
coming from decades and decades of excesses.
You know, we have a $40 trillion debt that will be 50 trillion in a few years.
