But it's paying off so far, this move to Pearson.
Nick, talk to us about this change from the previous managers they've had in and the arrival of Pearson.
Yeah, our colleague Adam Bate interviewed Nigel Pearson just before Christmas, and there were some things that he mentioned in that interview which really stood out to me.
Pearson, this is, talking about authenticity, brutal honesty, and a need for leadership at Watford, which is quite interesting.
And Jack, if we look at this team...
It's a Watford team that for large periods last season were in the top half of the table.
We know they got to the FA Cup final and we know what went wrong for them in the FA Cup final.
But the fact they were able to have a season like they did shows there is obviously some quality there.
So there's something for Pearson to work with and potential for this team to move up the league.
Is that right?
And he's showing that now.
OK, well, both West Ham and Watford.
Important games for them this weekend, as you say, Jack, to pull away from that relegation zone.
