Thanks for having me.

Great idea.

We created that session because people would ask us in the hallways what we thought about recent headlines.

So I'm like, rather than asking us in the hallways, let's just make a session out of it.

I do think it's a good thing.

We have an ever-growing plethora of payments capabilities here in the United States.

Reality is,

We've been doing pay by bank for decades.

If you've ever done bill or direct pay my cable bill using my bank account, some would tell you that's a form of pay by bank.

More frequently, recently, we've had this concept of pay by bank being something I can do at a point of sale, that I'm engaged, I'm on a website, I'm doing some e-commerce, I'm gambling, whatever, and I want to use some direct from my bank account payment mechanism.

In one way, I see this as an evolution of consumers trying to get more direct control over their financial situation.

So for a long time, it was credit cards.

And then, you know, 2007, 2008, kids that grew up in that era saw their moms and dads wrestle with credit.
