Exactly.
So pelvic floor exercises are good.
Diet is good.
What else?

Yeah.
I talk about that as you, which is just ridiculous.
It's like I need a new metaphor.
When you're young, you write checks that your body banks for you.
Who under the age of 50 even knows what a check is now?
Like you, you, okay, you take out loans that your body will honor.
Like you, you, you, you take money out, you put it on the credit, the credit card of your body account and you pay it off, you know, it, it, it, your, your body honors it.
Later, if you run at empty and below empty for too long, you get into some significant credit card debt and the interest is killer.
It's just a terrible metaphor and I withdraw it, humbly.
And I think it's, I mean, I guess I'm interested in a conversation like this, making women go, oh, yeah, maybe I am feeling it a little bit dry or maybe my urgency is a little bit more intense and going, what can I do to support my beautiful body?
