I'm still and I'm not a vegetarian, but I'll very happily eat and often will go out and choose the vegetarian or even the vegan option.

Just being aware.

And one of the things I'm fortunate in, it's probably genetic, is if I increase my exercise, I can increase my food intake because I love eating and I love all sorts of food.

So I'm not fanatical about it, but just eating healthily as much as possible.

And how do you look after your mental health?

Yeah, for me that's getting out on the bike, getting into the bush, spending time with friends and family.

I'm not really a meditator or a yoga person.

I know, that's what my wife has been a lifelong crusade trying to convince me.

I do a little bit of meditation.

I'm useless at it.

I would like to crack that nut though.

It's just not my thing.

I'd rather get on the bike and head out for a good ride and that feels meditative to me.
