You know, we're still waiting.

And I've got to say, like to broaden it out without any notice, it's just such a massive 18 months for this Australian men's cricket team.

You know, I mean.

this probably sounds super dramatic, but like for me, Cummins and this team have probably been my favourite to follow in my lifetime given what they've done to separate themselves from the culture that predated them and the conduct with which they've played with as well I think is better than anybody else that I've seen in Australian cricket.

And they've all decided –

which they're totally entitled to do to go for another lap around and see if they can climb Everest.

And there isn't much to suggest that their cricket is getting better, uh, experienced, excellent players, no doubt have plenty of great performances ahead of them, but there's been enough evidence in the last year or two.

I think that there's a couple of cracks are starting to appear around, um,

injuries and form and uh and you know they've there's another reason why someone like manas who's a little bit younger probably has another generation enemy if he gets it right is so important to them but uh i just feel that in between privatizations uh you know the um the theme of

people making sure they get the money that they are worth.

And what's ahead for the Australian team, South Africa away, India away, England away, that there's some bumpiness ahead.

And it's just going to be interesting in terms of testing their relationship with fans.

given that they've decided we're going to go around again.

We think it's us.

We're the best people to get it done.

So I just wanted to put that out there just as a watch for the next little while.

But, yeah, you're exactly right.

Cam Green and Marnus Labuschagne are essentially the bedrock of the next kind of generation of Australian top-order batting.

Some runs would be nice.
