We had to be ready two or three weeks earlier to make sure we could make that trip and get over the travel and get in and put a performance over there.

And it went from there.

I kind of get where fans get and I get where media get with all that sort of thing and naturally they want to draw conclusions to make us seen in a bad light or that our decisions were wrong, etc.

But I'm very comfortable with the way our team finished off the season last year and in the prospects of what we thought we had this year coming into this season.

We haven't had any luck with injury.

We've been probably exposed a little bit for a lack of depth in important positions and

Naturally, that's where we got our injuries this year.

A couple of years ago when we had no front rowers, all the front rowers got hurt.

This year, outside backs has been a bit of a problem for us.

And we're trying to get through that the best we can at the moment.

But there's more to it.

I think they're all little factors.

Everyone adds up to something.

But right at the moment, they're in a hole.

We're struggling.

We've been in this position before.

You've been in this position before.

There's a lack of confidence there at the moment.

They're probably being berated from everyone left, right and centre and it's hard for them to walk down the street and it's mum and dad are upset and everybody's upset and we do get a lot of media exposure and we've got to look after that and make sure we pick them up and get them going again.

Well, I think in the longer term, yeah, absolutely.
