And so I did.

And that's what, you know, I had to fill three hours, man, you know.

I was on WIOD, by the way.

That's it.

Well, I wasn't really looking to do anything other than, you know, when I started just the instinct as a kid, because this all starts, I grew up in a home that was very volatile, you know, and crazy.

And you always kind of hide from that shit.

And the first thing you do is, you know, go into your bedroom and you make up things.

And I wanted to do this.

I wanted to create a reality.

And I couldn't hire actors.

So I had to do it all myself, basically.

I wouldn't even say I was trying to create theater.

I was trying to create a reality.

What if people talk this way?

And what if they did this?

And how would they sound?

So when I made the move to finally be Phil Henry, I brought this tentatively to the air.

And I'd heard a guy during the Gulf War doing a serious interview with Saddam Hussein, only he was being Saddam Hussein, putting his voice through a filter.
