So I
Obviously the THC worked better, but even just trying to think that you were going to improve helped, which shows how powerful the brain can be when kind of given the right tools.
So like so this isn't necessarily so the headline of this isn't necessarily people should just go out come cannot smoking cannabis to pre prevent nightmares.
This is you know a controlled dose of a specific prescribed medication and it's a defined patient group as well, specifically.
So recreational cannabis that you would in lots of spaces would have uh and varies a lot in the THC and also has that C B D oil in it as well.
So it's more if you're
going into that same kind of sphere, um, you're looking for someone to be controlled in the space.
And it does lots of different kind of things.
And it's one of the things, particularly with P uh PTSD that you be seen
Uh in the future is actually how even psychedelics or even mushrooms or those things can often allow people to experience the trauma in a almost kind of a sedate, safe space in their brain so they can deal with it, see it, and then move on.
So there are kind of limitations with this study.
It only lasted 10 weeks.
So we don't know if the benefit continues into months or years, but it's a great start.
And I think this matters because PTSD.
Is something much broader than just nightmare systems or and experiences.
So there's kind of a lot of things that will will come away.
And I suppose the big strong takeaway from this is that it doesn't show that cannabis, I suppose, cures nightmares, but it shows that with the controlled experience of the THD, THC, you can really maybe get to a s a safer place with this kind of medication.
Absolutely.
And I think it that one of the biggest things also to realize is that it's affecting sleep.
And people might just kind of compartmentalize that.
