Sleep has an incredibly, you know, I suppose big effect on your life because it regulates how you process things during the day normally, but also your energy levels, even how you take in food, hormone levels.
So it's affecting something that's really, really a massive, massive deal.
And sometimes people think that PTS.
Is just something associated for people who've been through like extreme traumatic things like war or other stuff.
You can get these things from witnessing accidents or other type of things.
It's how you process it.
And anything that brings on anxiety affects your your whole life.
But the good thing about this is that science is here with studies like this to try and help.
And a lot of the time it's spending time with, you know, reducing yourself.
with the people and with the kind of good habits, but also that with the right control medication and understanding the the mechanisms within your body to provide you with the time to relax, to sleep and to process this PTSD, that there is help out there.
So if you need it, go look for it.
No, there didn't s uh there didn't seem to be side effects from it, which is I suppose one of the uh the the I suppose the uh the big caveats that often with what people would see that there's often if you've ever been in the US when they read out any medication, there's about a ten minute script after the advertisement of what might happen.
Um the other thing to realize about this though is that this was uh only a ten weeks study.
So you can't
Necessarily kind of go, well, there's definitely no side effects and after this.
You want to really kind of have a longitudinal study, and this is what will happen.
And why science is so good.
One study doesn't prove anything, it's a repetitive study that's you know peer-reviewed and checked again in other contexts with other groups, and then that's how we get towards an a more robust answer.
And that's probably the frustration with some people sometimes that why science takes a while, but we've got
to be sure and that's why these checks will happen.
