So how easy is it?

I mean, sometimes it's almost easier moving providers.

Yeah, do a fresh start.

Now, I'm not a big believer in that.

We are big believers in – I've held my policy forever and we're the same company.

But sometimes reassessing exclusions because you –

Effectively, you're going to a new insurer and say, I want to pay you premiums if you can accept this cover without this exclusion versus the existing insurer who's going to say, well, we're already getting the premiums.

We've got your business.

Yeah, do we really need to?

And so that's why sometimes it can be better just to move the policy elsewhere, assuming they'll offer that cover.

Yeah.

And mental health is a great example where 10 years ago, no one had a mental health exclusion.

But now these days, because the client experience has been really significant, they're so much more conservative than they've ever been.

Yeah.

And will continue to get more conservative.

Yeah.

Yeah, massive.

Like 30% of all TBD claims are mental health.

Mental health, yeah.

And the group providers are actually copying the biggest cost because they don't have exclusions on the default cover.
